The Product Presales is responsible for providing pre-sales consulting services to customers and channel partners. We recommends appropriate technical knowledge to provide solution for customers requirement and specification. Providing technical support to Business, sales team, and delivering technical training programs to channel partners.
- Strong knowledge on HPE server and storage portfolio.
- Should have knowledge on competition brands as Dell, Lenovo, Netapp.
- Hands on experience in designing technical solutions / architecture.
- Must have knowledge on SAN, NAS, HCI.
- Should be able to deliver technical training programs.
- Knowledge to Use configuration tools to provide accurate bill of materials (BOM) ( OCA, NinjaStar, IQ tool).
- Should have knowledge on Virtualization, vSAN, VDI, SAP concepts.
- Must working directly with HPE enterprise customers as a 'trusted advisor' for pre-sales.
- Present technical white board demonstrations to clients. Create solution/design to fulfill customer requirements.
- Participating in client calls with Account Managers.
- Developing overall solutions including high-level design, statement of work, and bills of materials where required.
